Tiffany Taeyeon appointed as new face of Marc Jacobs; shocks with nude ad campaign!

Earlier today American fashion designer Marc Jacobs held a special press conference at his boutique store in Seoul, where he announced that popular idol Tiffany Taeyeon would be the 'face' of his new Fall footwear line for South Korea.

Along with the announcement, Jacobs unveiled the first promotional image from the Fall footwear 'Nothing Else Matters...' advertising campaign, which is bound to send shockwaves through the fashion and music industry due to its racy nudity.

In the outrageous ad, a completely naked Tiffany is seen browsing shoes from the new Fall collection in the Marc Jacobs store. Her back is facing the camera, completely exposing her uncensored buttocks and highlighting her enviable physique, with her only item of clothing being a pair of glowing Marc Jacobs Pink Bottomed Spike Heels.

Despite the ad's overtly sexual nature, many top idols were rumored to be fighting for the gig due to it's 'Top Tier CF' status and lucrative pay. K-Scandal magazine report that G.NA, 4minute's HyunA, Lee Hyori, Brown Eyed Girls' Narsha, Son Dam Bi, Insooni, DalShabet's Seri, Piggy Dolls' leader Kim Min Sun, 2AM's Jo Kwon, Khloe Kardashian, and every member of RaNia put themselves forward for the campaign.

Speaking exclusively about the campaign, Jacobs said, "Many Korean celebrities tried to become the new face of my Fall footwear line, but then later changed their mind due to the bold nature of the concept we were after. Some others just didn't have the edge that we were looking for, while some just looked hideous naked."

"Tiffany Taeyeon was the perfect fit for us," Jacobs continued. "She has the daring attitude that's needed to convey the message of female independence and empowerment that's at the core of this campaign, and she was eager to lose all the weight that we asked her to."

"She was about 44kg when we first saw her, which was just way too fat," said Jacobs with disgust. "So I told her to drop twenty pounds by the end of the week or we'd give the gig to somebody else. Luckily she did it within a couple of days, and we got her down to a healthy and respectable 35kg or so."

Tiffany was also at the press conference to help launch the campaign, and AKF managed to catch her briefly for a quick chat.

"I just love shoes, and Marc Jacobs is one of my favorite designers," she revealed. "I worked out really hard for to get in shape for this campaign, and I even got some more surgeries, so I hope you enjoy what you see."

"I wasn't concerned about the nudity at all because I know that many people envy and admire my body," she said when asked about the campaign's controversial imagery. "The whole ad was shot done very tastefully and artistically. It's classy nudity. Marc just really wanted all the focus to be on the fabulous new shoes, so we felt that removing all my fancy clothes would help people focus on the actual product, rather than what I'm wearing. But at the end of the day, the ad is really about female strength and empowering women, so I hope any young girls that see this feel bold and confident."

"I'm working on new music, but my other goal is to become the No. 1 CF Queen in Asia," Tiffany added. "A CF is such a huge honor, because it means that people are buying product solely because of you and nothing else."

Netizens have been left stunned by Tiffany's controversial new ad, so they rushed to our forum to get a load off their chest.

Comments included, "God, Tiffany will find any excuse to get naked," "I don't know what she's selling, but I'm buying!" "First Jessica Jiyeon's violent MV, and now this? White Entertainment have gone too far," and "Are there any photos taken from the front on?"
