President Barack Obama is a fan of BIGBANG?

After making history as the first K-Pop idol to perform in front of a US President, Hallyu star Jessica Jiyeon was able to have a one on one chat with President Barack Obama about his knowledge of South Korea’s most popular artists!

Jessica Jiyeon: “Do you know SNSD or the Wonder Girls?”

Barack Obama: “My daughters showed me a music video on Youtube of a group not too long ago, but I’m not sure of their name.”

JJ: “Oh really? Male or female?”

BO: “Male. The setting was a bit post apocalyptic, semi dystopian. Kind of a 70’s vision of a futuristic police state.”

JJ: “B2ST, U-Kiss…?”

BO: “Not those. One of the members looked like he would make a beautiful Asian Barbie and another, and I’m quoting Michelle directly here, made her “panties liquidate and magically disappear” just by raising his eyebrow and grinning slightly.”

JJ: “Oh! BIGBANG!”

BO: “Yes! That’s the group! I’m quite fond of them.”

The President then began popping and locking while half singing/half incoherently mumbling the lyrics to “Fantastic Baby” with a Bud Light in his hand.
