SBS reveal cast + details for upcoming drama, “Cliffside Moon”

Earlier today SBS revealed the cast list for their much anticipated new drama “Cliffside Moon”!

The series is about a woman who returns to Jeju Island to reconnect with her estranged family, including her twin sister (both played by Jessica Jiyeon). Along the way, she experiences hardships from a past love and drops everything to save her family’s restaurant, The Cliffside Moon.

The show also stars actor Han Suk Kyu as the family’s unlucky patriarch whose constant misfortune has alienated his children from him.

Actors Kim Jin Woo and Sung Hoon will star as Jessica’s current & past loves who will vie for her heart; actors Yeon Woo Jin and Park Min Woo will play her older & younger brothers, and rising child star Kim So Hyun will play their younger sister.

Rounding out the rest of the cast are actress Oh Yeon Seo, Yoon Jin Yi, teen actor Kwak Dong Yeon, child veteran actor Maeng Se Chang, and Teen Top’s Ricky and Changjo!     

   

The drama is set to air 16 episodes Wednesdays and Thursdays, beginning July 24th at 8 PM. Production has already wrapped in Seoul and has been moved to Jeju Island where principal photography is currently underway.
